This hotel is a great value for money with basic amenities and rooms in an annexe away from the busy pub. The staff is welcoming, friendly, and pays attention to detail, including providing facilities for hot drinks. Its location in a lovely village and proximity to a great shower make this hotel an ideal spot for a weekend getaway.

The hotel could benefit from better-quality window dressings to keep out light pollution and bright sunshine.

We had a fantastic three-night stay at the hotel. The room was recently decorated and clean, with a wide and comfortable bed. The ensuite bathroom was nice and compact, with a great shower. The location was perfect, right in the center of town and convenient for various food outlets. The hotel was also close to the airport, which was a plus for us. The staff was friendly and accommodating. a great stay.

We had a wonderful time at the Coach! The location was perfect for exploring the local nightlife and dining options. The staff members were friendly and welcoming, making us feel right at home. We particularly enjoyed the outdoor drinking area, which had a great atmosphere. Plus, the prices of the drinks were quite reasonable. Even though there were a few minor issues, like the broken window and noise from the pub, the comfortable bed made up for it. I would definitely recommend this hotel for a fun and lively stay.

During my Easter stay, I really enjoyed the warm welcome from the staff on the first night. the bath in my room was also a nice feature, providing a relaxing and comfortable experience. Additionally, the hotel's location was convenient for easy travel to nearby attractions and amenities, such as the NEC and Alexander Stadium.

There were some aspects of my stay that I did not appreciate. the cleanliness of the rooms left much to be desired, with reports of spiders, cobwebs, and mold in some areas.
